Website use

The PCMind website is mainly informational and does not require an account to browse. We only receive personal information that you choose to send, such as by email.

App processing

The Windows app is designed so supported documents, audio, video, and images can be processed locally on your PC for the main workflows, without requiring cloud upload for core analysis.

Downloads and third-party services

The app may use locally installed models and supporting components such as Whisper models and FFmpeg. If you download the app, download models, or open third-party links, the service hosting that resource may receive technical request data under its own privacy policy.

Support messages

If you contact support, we use the information you send only to reply, troubleshoot issues, and improve PCMind.

Current beta status

Paid sales are not currently live. If licensing or payment processing is added later, this policy will be updated.
