The PCMind website is mainly informational and does not require an account to browse. We only receive personal information that you choose to send, such as by email.
Analytics
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies or track individual visitors. Cloudflare may collect anonymized, aggregated data such as page views, referrers, and country-level location. No personally identifiable information is collected by this service. Cookies and local storage
The PCMind website does not set first-party cookies. Third-party services such as CDN providers may use technical cookies or local storage strictly for site delivery. The PCMind desktop application stores settings and processed data locally on your device and does not transmit cookies.
App processing
The Windows app is designed so supported documents, audio, video, and images can be processed locally on your PC for the main workflows, without requiring cloud upload for core analysis.
Downloads and third-party services
The app may use locally installed models and supporting components such as Whisper models and FFmpeg. If you download the app, download models, or open third-party links, the service hosting that resource may receive technical request data under its own privacy policy.
Data retention
We do not store your files or processing results on any server. All processed data remains on your local device. Support correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry.
Support messages
If you contact support, we use the information you send only to reply, troubleshoot issues, and improve PCMind.
Current beta status
Paid sales are not currently live. If licensing or payment processing is added later, this policy will be updated.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or application after updates constitutes acceptance.
